PR/094227 | Regional Finance Manager

Headquartered in Singapore, our client is in engineering industry with global presence. The team is currently looking for a Regional Finance Manager to join them. This role will report to Finance Director. 

Responsibilities

• Oversees full spectrum of accounting, taxation, treasury matters for the Group.

• Develop and oversee regional financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Analyze financial performance against budget and make recommendations for improvements.

• Contribute to the development of regional financial strategies aligned with overall company goals. Identify financial risks and opportunities, and advise on strategic decisions.

• Monitor and control regional expenditures. Implement cost-saving initiatives and ensure efficient use of financial resources.

• Act as a business partner to subsidiary business leaders and provide support from point of view beyond accounting area.

• Develop and implement optimized tax strategies. Manage corporate tax, GST, transfer pricing documentation, GST and withholding tax.

• Manage special projects 

• Provide guidance and leadership to team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related discipline. Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred. 

• Minimum 10-15 years working experiences in finance and accounting.

• Regional exposure in MNC is a must 

• Experience in treasury management preferred

• Experience in Microsoft 365 preferred

• Experience in engineering / machinery / manufacturing industry preferred

• Experience in people management is a must
