Job Title: MEP Electrical Project Manager
Job location: Delhi NCR

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Design:
  • Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of electrical systems within MEP projects.

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure electrical systems are integrated into the overall project design.

• Budget Management:
  • Estimate costs for materials, labor, and equipment.

  • Manage project budgets and control costs within financial limits.

• Installation and Supervision:
  • Plan and supervise the installation of electrical systems.

  • Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and according to project specifications.

• Quality Assurance:
  • Perform quality inspections to verify that installations meet industry standards and comply with regulations.

• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and team members.

  • Ensure a clear understanding of project timelines and requirements.

• Contract Negotiation:
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.

  • Ensure favorable terms and compliance with project specifications.

• Innovation and Sustainability:
  • Implement innovative technologies and sustainable practices to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Must have strong experience working in Industrial projects with strong experience into project management for MEP projects.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
