Technical Competencies:
- Should possess skills to create detailed plans for construction projects, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to regulations.
- Having a strong knowledge of quantity surveying, project BOM creation, and estimation.
- Should possess skills to ensure that the structure is in compliance with state and central building regulations.
Should possess good communication with architects, contractors, engineers, and other building professionals to complete projects as scheduled.
