Job Description
JOB TITLE - JIGS & FIXTURE ENGINEER
Location - Manesar
Key Responsibilities:
JOB DESCRIPTION-
Design and develop jigs and fixtures tailored for wire harness manufacturing processes to improve accuracy and reduce cycle time.
•
Collaborate with production teams to identify areas where jigs and fixtures can enhance productivity and product quality.
•
Conduct feasibility studies and prototype testing to ensure effectiveness of the designed jigs and fixtures.
•
Create detailed drawings and technical documentation using CAD software.
•
Oversee the fabrication and assembly of jigs and fixtures, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality control standards.
•
Analyze production workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and safety.
•
Provide technical support and training to production staff on the proper use of jigs and fixtures.
•
Continuously assess performance and make modifications to existing jigs and fixtures as needed.
•
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology to incorporate best practices.
