Primary Responsibilities: -
To ensure maximum uptime of Rental trucks
To ensure minimum turnaround time for rental trucks from WH.
To ensure timely preventive maintenance of rental trucks as per OEM guidelines.
Effective parts planning for rental trucks parts.
Monitoring of overall health of Rental Asset in terms of life/Maint. Cost etc.
Specific monitoring of Key rental sites in the region.
Manage overall customer satisfaction of rental customers and ensure NO Rental deduction
Overall responsibility of Regional Rental Service.
Secondary Responsibilities: -
Maintaining of complete database of Rental trucks at Site & in Warehouses.
Coordination with TSM for deployment of CSE for Installation/Pick-up/ regular PM/breakdown activities at rental site
Organize necessary trainings at sites for smooth handling of rental trucks by customer.
to reduce overall maintenance cost of Rental Trucks to maximize profitability of business
To explore local repair / recondition of parts.
To guide & coach service engineer and able to resolve technical related issues.
