PR/108396 | Processing Process Leader

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Processing of metal parts using processing machines (automatic/manual).

2. Inspection of processed and purchased parts.

3. Management of own department　

　(1) Process control, (2) Quality/production support, (3) Training of workers, (4) Examination of processing methods when launching new products.

Requirement skills:

• At least 3 years of work experience in a Japanese company. Experience working in a factory.

• Machining experience.

• Able to understand how to use basic tools and measuring instruments.

• Able to understand mechanical drawings.

• Able to use PC (Word and Excel are required).

• Experience in machining (setup - machining - inspection) from drawings.

• Able to speak simple Japanese.

   

Others:

• Have a willingness to participate in on-the-job training in Japan (6 months or more).
