Primary Responsibilities:-
Fair knowledge of Accounting Standards.
Prior experience of Banking operations & liaisoning.
Prior Experience in Currency hedging
Direct Taxation: TDS/TCS compliances
Liaisoning with Consultants & Banks
Coordinate with Tax consultants on various matters.
- MIS Preparation
Financials Preparation
Maintenance of Fixed Assets register & records.
Annual Budget preparation & variance analysis
Secondary Responsibilities:-
Preparation of analysis and reports on expense control
Provision reporting.
AR reporting
