Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Warehousing and transportation.
- At least 5 years of experience at the managerial level.
- Proficient in spoken and written English to effectively communicate.
- Customer service / customer relationship management required.
Job descriptions:
- Organize and optimize the warehouse layout to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of materials.
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management and logistics
- Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
- Overseeing logistics of receiving, warehousing and dispatch operations
- Conduct meetings with customers to address warehouse-related issues and manage orders.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff on proper handling, storage, and packaging techniques.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using appropriate inventory management systems.
- Implement quality control procedures to identify and address non-conforming materials.
- Analyze data and identify trends or areas for improvement to optimize warehouse operations.
