Job Description
Responsibilities:
Conduct GC-MS analyses of flavor compounds to determine their composition and concentration.
Develop and optimize GC-MS methods for various flavor applications.
Interpret and analyze GC-MS data to identify and quantify flavor components.
Collaborate with research and development teams to support the development of new flavor products.
Maintain and calibrate GC-MS equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in GC-MS technology and techniques.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in GC-MS analysis, preferably in the flavor industry.
Strong knowledge of GC-MS principles, techniques, and instrumentation.
Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., ChemStation, MassLynx).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
