Client is the American Automotive manufacturing industry, they are hiring candidate who have qualification below;

Position:            CI Engineer

Salary:               60,000-70,000 Baht (Total package)

Location:           Eastern Seaboard, Rayong

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze Plant performance & Best-in-Class, performance that balances resources between, internal efficiency and external customer focused effectiveness project through 1. Just Do it and Kaizen improvement activities 2. Six sigma project 3. Lean Implementation project. 

• Collaborate with management and other department heads to develop a department by C.I. roadmap for improvements and leading lean implementation projects. 

• Maintain on plant IE tasks-Time Studies, Standardized Work (Direct & Indirect), Delay Studies, Machine Cycle Checks, line Balancing, Method Improvement, Ergonomics, Capacity & Capability Analysis, Bottleneck Breaking, OEE, Plant Layout to define all plant equipment and Material has been located, regarding to Lean requirements. 

• Conduct/ Establish training related to Lean Manufacturing tools, WCM, TPM, TQM, 5S, Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, QCC, KSS and QC projects etc. 

• Lead/Consult with all departments to improve Operational Excellence and ensure implementation and sustainability. 

• Identify, initiate, and lead changeover, cycle time, and line balancing projects. 

• Direct and implement activities for continuous improvement. 

• Act as a champion and change agent for driving positive culture change and improving operational efficiencies while deploying new techniques and tactics. Analyze work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules, to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment. 

• Recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities such as restructuring job duties, reorganizing workflow, relocating workstations and equipment, and purchase of equipment. 

• Design of packaging, racks, and material presentation to optimize production. 

• Business flow (End to End), Lean Transformations, Manufacturing and/or process engineering in a production environment. 

• Ability to instruct others in Material & Information Flow and Lean principles.  

• Ability to generate clear, concise work instructions and troubleshoot assembly issues impacting productivity. 

   

  Qualification:

• Bachelor's degreee or higher in Engineering field.

• Having background from Automotive business

• At least 7 years experience of Continuous improvement from Automotive business

• Strong knowledge of Lean project management/trainer , Six Sigma

• Strong English communication, Presentation skill.
