Responsibilities
• Responsible for global, regional and partner for purchasing lead buying.
• Coordinate for purchasing and product group strategies implementation.
• Implement and evaluate supplier audits included with methods and systems to develop existed and new potential suppliers.
• Manage and execute supplier surveillance audit with regional team.
• Perform task force leader and escalation projects as well as coordinate with internal teams and tasks in complex escalation projects.
• Expertise in product, process, technology and provide the consultancy for internal and external stakeholders by providing training, coaching for quality, methods, global procedure and systems.
• Develop concepts and measures to ensure specified quality standards with suppliers and other related departments.
• Support the negotiation for quality-relevant purchasing contracts.
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree of engineering or any related fields.
• Experience at least 5 years in supplier quality from automotive industry preferably TIER1 business manufacturing, multinational companies is the plus.
• Certified of VDA6.3/ IATF16949 auditor is must.
• Strong knowledge in commodity of metal, plastics, polymer, chemicals processes, procedures, facilities and equipment plus knowledge in EHS.
• Solid experience in quality problem solving management by adapting tools of LEAN Six sigma, Shainin and 5 quality tools (PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA).
• Good project management, negotiation and coaching & consulting skill to suppliers.
• Analytical thinking, result-oriented, teamwork mindset and dynamic.
• Good communication in English with ability to work with overseas team.
