JOB DESCRIPTION
• Coordinate and manage supply chain to align with customers satisfaction and company value through organization.
• Develop procurement and sourcing strategies from local to global sourcing to enhance the efficiency.
• Monitor overall supply chain activities including with planning, purchasing, inventory, warehouse and logistics transportation to ensure smooth operation.
• Improve the continuous improvement of the supply chain management.
• Manage overall strategies to meet mutual objectives on quality, company/department KPIs, legal and EHS regulations.
• Coordinate with other department for related supply chain issue as well as follow company standard requirement and regulations.
• Control cost and budget, P&L and implement cost saving projects.
• Manage and coach the large team to achieve individually and team target.
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics management or/and any related fields.
• Experience at least 10 years in the function of supply chain management including with planning, logistics & warehouse and purchasing from manufacturing industry.
• Experience from FMCG, Food & Beverage or Mass Production is preferred.
• Knowledge in manufacturing principles and standard.
• Ability to manage and coach the large team.
• Process Orientation plus financial and cost management skills.
• Logical, analytical skill, good communication and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Good English communication.
