Job Description
Salary: 40,000 60,000 THB / Month

Location: Amatanakorn Chonburi
Working Day: Monday to Friday (and two Saturdays per month)
Business Type: Logistic and Automotive manufacturer
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures.
- Establish quality standards and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
- Oversee incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
- Coordinate various inspection and testing activities, including dimensional measurements, functional testing, and visual inspections.
- Review inspection reports and quality data.
- Investigate and identify root causes of quality defects.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of defects.
- Coordinate with production teams to address quality issues.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and patterns.
- Prepare quality reports and metrics.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Evaluate and monitor supplier quality performance.
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments.
- Work with suppliers to address quality issues.
- Lead and manage a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Ensure adherence to quality procedures and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in QC with the automotive or logistics industry for over 10 years.
- Good command in English.
- Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949).
