Responsibilities include:
- Support the team on the full spectrum of HR function across the employee lifecycle, such
as recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, compensation and benefits, and learning and
development.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives, policies and projects to enhance employer
branding and employee experience.
- Handle HR-related administration, such as preparation of employment letters and other
employee documents.
- Assist in preparing weekly headcount reports and updating organisational charts as
required.
- Maintain and update digital records and personnel files of all employees.
- Assist with the application of work permits and employment passes.
- Assist with overseeing the daily operations of the office, including maintenance, supplies,
and equipment, to ensure a productive and well-organised workplace.
- Staying up-to-date with employment laws, regulations, industry trends and best practices
to ensure HR practices are in compliance and to continually improve processes.
We’re seeking the following attributes:
- Minimally 2 years of relevant HR experience, ideally in the retail or similar industries.
Regional exposure would be a plus.
- Experience and knowledge of Thai employment laws and recruitment best practices is
required.
- A team player with a keen sense of mission and passion about people and culture-building.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Good written and communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail, with strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work fully on-site at the Company’s office located in Sathorn, Bangkok.
