Position: Application Support
Location: Rama3 Bangkok (Hybrid)
Salary: Negotiable
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
Application maintenance such as providing first-line support for software applications, ticketing, troubleshooting
Delivering support to existing business users and investigating and resolving application errors.
Perform test cases for application testing.
Responsible for Application Testing.
Updating and maintaining technical documentation and procedures
Qualification:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science / Software Engineering or related
More than 2 years experience as an Application Support Analyst
Programming language such as PL/SQL
Knowledge in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
Knowledge of Oracle Database.
Good English communication
