PR/117700 | Senior Sales & Marketing Manager (Japanese Speaking)

Position: Senior Sales & Marketing Manager 

Location: Hertfordshire

Salary: GBP40K ～60K  annual salary  or GBP 60K ～80K annual salary

Benefit: Pension scheme applied & others to negotiate

Requirement; 

- Japanese mother tongue

- Fluent (business level) English ability in writing and speaking

- Work experience at a Japanese trading house (preferable)

- Work experience with management role

- Engineering back-ground (preferable)  

- Driving licence holder

- Responsible character

- Excellent communication skill

Duties; 

- Develop the new business and maintain the current accounts

- Achieve sales target and monitoring sales activities (Budget control)

- Supervise and authorise work listed below done by the sales and marketing staff. 

・Administration processes (i.e. quote, order receipt, order placement, export documents, etc)

・Project management including customer/supplier supports product specification 

・Business trips to suppliers/customers and defence shows

-Coordinate with the managing director and other directors including the subsidiary in Japan and USA.
