PR/086401 | Japanese English BIlingual System Engineer

COMPANY OVERVIEW
IT Company in NYC is looking for Japanese English Bilingual System Engineer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages installation and maintenance of system’s software, hardware and configuration of IP services and network applications in a heterogeneous Network/Cloud environment 

• Analyses information to determine, recommend and plan layout for type of computers and peripheral equipment or modifications to existing equipment and system 

• Specifies power supply requirements and configuration 
  Monitors functioning of equipment to ensure system operate in conformance with specifications 

• Trouble shotting of technical support issues 

• Conducts training to users for new modified equipment and Software 

• Learns additional hardware and software systems 

• Other task could be assigned 

REQUIREMENTS

• Bilingual Language skills (English and Japanese) 

• Good understanding on Microsoft Office products, includes Office 365, Windows 10, Windows, AD and creating batch file/scripting, Network knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Backup software, Antivirus Software and PC Imaging 

• Bachelor’s Degree in accredited colleges  

• Microsoft Certification, Cloud Network, Exchange Server, SharePoint, VDI and/or VMware, Cisco/VOIP environment, iPhone/iPad environment preferred  

• willing to go to business trip (domestic and international) 

•  Hybrid work  

SALARY
Salary range $ 70,000 - 100,000 (Depending on the experiences)
