RESPONSIBILITIES

• Menu Development (following the Ippudo casual express format)

• Ordering and Inventory Management

• Recruitment, Training, and Management of Staff

• Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Creation for Menu Items

• Prep Work and General Cooking Responsibilities

• Overall Kitchen Management as required by the Chef

REQUIREMENTS
※Must be able to speak Japanese fluently.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef, proficient in both Japanese and Western cuisine preferred

• Emphasis on performance due to the counter kitchen setup

SALARY

USD 70,000 - 100,000
