Job Description
- 安全安定操業のためのすべての施策の講究実施及び管理監督
- 予算実行計画の達成のため、すべての施策の講究実施及び関係部署の支援
- 生産及び販売目標を達成するため、すべての施策の講じ実施及び生産管理/設備管理の維持改善の向上
- 品質マネジメントシステム(QMS)の構築及び維持改善の向上を図る実施及び管理
- 新規事業の成長戦略に合わせて全ての施策を講じ、実施及び関係部署への支援
- 後任者の職務能力向上教育及び人材育成
- 特殊ガス分野に関する経歴15年以上の経験、工場運営について実務運用が可能な程度の経験
- 化工/産業安全/ガス/機械/電気関連資格保有者優待(ガス技能士資格以上必須)
- 産業安全(PSM)、高圧ガス、化学物質管理法対応経歴優遇
- エクセル、ワード、PPTなどOffice上級者優遇
- CAD使用者優遇
- 日本語ビジネス会話及び日系会社のキャリア優遇（日本語基礎以上必須）
- 積極的な姿勢とマインド
