Description

• Testing life cycle management and leading best practice in testing using software testing techniques, automation tools, and processes
• Work with waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Risk and quality management, maintaining a high standard of process implementation and improvement
• Manage and execute functional, system integration, and user acceptance testing
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders of testing progress and results, and maintain strong relationships and manage expectations
• Share your expertise and knowledge with the team through leading knowledge sharing initiatives and document

• Experienced in the life insurance sector; knowledge of industry specific standards and requirements
• Expertise in software testing methods, manual and automated
• Experience as test technical lead or equivalent
