You will be dedicated to the Japan business segment within the Asia region's Experience Design community. It involves leading user research, conducting interviews, and transforming insights into design concepts, wire frames, and interactive prototypes for usability testing and refinement. The designer will collaborate closely with Product Owners and teams across both Japan and the wider Asia region to enhance and evolve customer and agent experiences.

Description

• User Research: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights on customer and agent needs.
• Design Development: Translate research findings into intuitive design concepts, wire frames, and functional prototypes.
• Usability Testing & Iteration: Perform usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback to optimise user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners (POs) and teams in Japan and the broader Asia region to develop designs that meet business goals and user needs.
• Experience Design: Champion the design process, ensuring that designs are both user-centered and aligned with the company's brand and vision.

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work.
• Expertise in UX software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
• Experience in user research techniques (interviews, surveys, usability testing) and data analysis.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both Japanese and English is highly preferred for effective communication with local and regional teams.
