業務内

  • チケットシステムを通してパリのITチームへの問い合わせ・問題エスカレーションとフォローアップ
  • 日本のユーザーへの状況アップデートの報告
  • システムの定期的な監視と状況確認
  • 社員へのIT関連サポート(PC関連、会議室予約など)

Role

Role & Responsibilities

You will be a key part of the IT team, acting as the first point of contact for Japanese users, escalating and tracking incidents, ensuring smooth communication between Japan and Paris IT teams, and providing essential IT administration support. You'll find yourself constantly learning and developing your IT skills in a fast-paced environment.

Main tasks include

  • Escalate and follow up on IT requests and incidents with Paris IT teams via a ticketing system.
  • Communicate status updates to Japanese users effectively.
  • Perform regular system monitoring and status checks.
  • Provide IT administration support to staff (PC requests, meeting room bookings).
  • Prepare and kit devices according to manuals.

General Requirements

Minimum Experience Level Over 1 year

Minimum Education Level Bachelor's Degree
Visa Status Permission to work in Japan required

Required Skills

  • ITヘルプデスクまたは関連業務経験1年以上
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語能力と英語能力
  • 問題解決能力とコミュニケーション能力
  • IT機器に関する基本的な知識
  • Proficiency in both Japanese and English (business level required).
  • Experience working with ticketing systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting techniques
