The Role

• Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Document financial transactions by entering account information.
• Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Conduct internal audits to check financial operations and ensure they align with company's targets.
• Ensure legal and procedural requirements are met and maintain financial security by following internal controls.
• Liaise with external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with standard procedures and regulations.
• Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and assist with budget preparation.
• Participate in tax audits and payroll processes.
• Ensure financial information is accurate and provide strategies to reduce costs.

Your Skills

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. In some cases, a Master's degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification could be preferred.
• Proven experience as an accountant or similar role in financial sectors, ideally within a similar network business or industry.
• Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures and principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and numerical proficiency.
• Good organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with tax preparation, audits, and business budgets.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
