職務内容
- エンドユーザーが問題を報告した際に最初の技術サポートを提供します。
- 既存のテクノロジーサービスの見直し・改善を行います。
- サービス運用センターで問題に対しての迅速な対応が求められます。
- 年中稼働している責任の伴うビジネスでアジア太平洋地域のチームと連携しながら仕事します。
