- 使用方法や不具合などに対するユーザー、代理店のサポート
- 社内資料、ソフトウェアの日本語への対応、関連する社内外の調整
- 本社の担当者との英語での技術的なコミュニケーション
- 海外現地またはオンラインでのトレーニングの受講
- 国内関係者への教育
- 業務効率化アプリケーションの開発とメンテナンス
- セミナーの準備、運営、講師、アテンド、デモンストレーション
