Account Manager - Laser Equipment

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with right products and services. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing strategic guidance to help them achieve their business goals.

Description

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Understand client requirements and ensure client's products meet their needs.
• Provide sales quotations and respond to requests for proposals.
• Promote contract renewals and identify new business opportunities.
• Pursue potential new clients to expand market presence.
• Conduct regular client visits to ensure satisfaction and address issues.

Job Offer

• Annual Salary up to 10,000,000 JPY, including bonuses and incentives.

• Proven work experience in electronics, industrial applications or testing industries. .
• Ability to work independently with a sense of ownership and responsibility while effectively collaborating across the involved departments.
• Technical background in the electronics or laser equipment industry is a plus.

• English or Chinese: Business level.
