職務内容
- 他のチームと連携をし、すべてのユーザーソリューションを満足させたものにします。
- ５人以下の少人数のチームマネジメントをします。
- IT-SSCプロセスに基づいて日本全国のユーザーサポートを行います。
- SLAに基づいたサービスの管理やUSSからの一貫したデータ評価を行います。
- トラブルシューティングや運営側面においてのIT サポートの強化・改善

- 流暢な英語（ビジネスレベルの読み書き及び会話を含む）
