職務内容
- Ticketing systemやvia callを活用した迅速なエンドユーザーサポートを提供します。
- IT関連の問題を他のグローバルチームと連携をしながら問題解決を行います。
- エンドユーザーのデバイスのセットアップに関するサポートをします。
- IT機器の稼働開始までの展開サポートを行います。
- 企業にとって重要な現地サポートをITインフラチームと連携しながら行う。

スキルと経験
- PCデスクトップに関する知識
- ５年以上のユーザーに対してのデスクサポートやWindowsオペレーションシステムの経験
- ３年以上の現地でのITサポート経験
- PMP資格またはプロジェクトマネージャーとしての知識
- CCNA、ITIL、MCP等のテクニカルな技術資格の保有が好ましい
言語力
- ネイティブレベルの日本語
- ビジネスレベルの英語
