・At least 10 years hands-on experience as a Sr. Project Scheduler and advanced Primavera P6 user, preferably with Offshore Wind and/or O&G background.

・Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across key project disciplines and functional teams.

・Advanced knowledge of document control and scheduling systems and risk processes.

・Proficient with MSOffice 365 Suite and Oracle Primavera Systems.

・Native Japanese speaker and fluent in English is required.

【Technical / Professional Skills】
・In-depth understanding of PMBOK framework and Project Risk Management methodology.
・Proven track record of developing WBS and Project Schedule baseline(s) using OPC or Primavera P6.
・Proven track record of effective Primavera Schedule Risk Analysis usage.
