■Provide Regional Cost Control Support to Projects
・Ensure OPC status is up to date and within levels of certainty to allow effective monitoring, forecasting and control using PowerBI and KPIs.
■Produce cost status reports for input into weekly and monthly process reports.
・OPC Cost Report and PowerBI Project Tracker Dashboard
■Define project estimate to complete reviews and actual cost approval workflow internal and external
・Estimate at Completion
■Maintain project budget, cost and EAC forecast audit trail and repository of approved IC records.
・Budget at Completion

・Hands-on experience as a Sr. Cost Controller on large EPC construction projects (such as Offshore Wind, Power, O&G, Engineering Consultancy) in multi-discipline teams for at least 10 years.

・Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across key project disciplines and functional teams.

・Native Japanese speaker and fluent English is preferred.

【Technical / Professional Skills】
・Expert knowledge of Oracle, SAP, Office 365 and SharePoint is a must.
・Advanced knowledge of cost management process and cost control procedures.
・Advanced knowledge of Power BI.
・Proven track record of developing and maintaining Cost Reports and status reporting using Oracle Primavera Cloud, Auto Desk Construction Cloud.
