ポジション：Import Export Operations（税関業務）
グレード４：Assistant Manager
主な仕事内容：
- 税関対応: 自社製品の輸入に伴う日本の税関手続きや必要書類の準備、税関との連絡・調整を行います。
- 資料作成: 確約書向けの関連資料の作成や整理を行い、正確かつタイムリーに提出できるようにします。
- 事業部門との調整業務: 輸入業務に関連する各部門との調整業務を行い、必要な情報を収集し、円滑なコミュニケーションを図ります。
- 海外拠点との英語でのコミュニケーション:他の税関関連業務（税分類、税率の更新など）について、海外に拠点を持つグループ会社がサポートしているため、日常的に英語でのメールやチャットでのコミュニケーションをとることが必要となります。

- 書類作成能力（ExcelやPPTを使った資料作成経験）
- 主にメールやチャットを用いた英語でのコミュニケーションがスムーズにできるだけの英語力
