Job Description

You will be in charge of sales proposals for marketing measures, tie-up plans, etc. for clients, utilizing user data of our paint software, which has users all over the world, and our own products such as illustration and manga submission platforms.

This is a challenging position where the head of the business unit is in charge of the team, and the actions of the team members will lead to improved business performance.

- Planning and execution of measures to acquire users
- Identifying and improving product issues
- Planning and execution of tie-ups and SNS projects
- Collaboration with engineering team for function development
- Collaboration with advertising media/agencies

Specifically, we propose and execute the following measures in response to client requests.
- Booths at creator-oriented offline events
- SNS planning using influencers
- YouTube program planning and production
- Operation of events/workshops for bringing in manga
- Tie-up product development

General Requirements

Minimum Experience Level Over 1 year
Career Level Mid Career
Minimum English Level Fluent (Amount Used: English usage about 50%)
Minimum Japanese Level Business Level
Minimum Education Level Technical/Vocational College
Visa Status Permission to work in Japan required

Required Skills

Required Skills/Experience Any of the following
Experience in advertising marketing of web applications (1 year or more experience)
- Experience in solution-based sales (from 1 year of experience)
- Experience in planning and executing campaigns and measures related to service growth (both internal and external)
- Experience in managing in-house services (websites, apps)

- Currently residing in Japan

 

Welcomed skills/experience 
- Experience in corporate sales / negotiation with clients
- Entrepreneurial experience
