Job Description
Job Summary: Seeking a skilled Network Engineer to design and implement a robust HQ network infrastructure. The role involves end-to-end network setup, configuration, and optimization while ensuring reliable communication channels. The engineer will collaborate with internal teams and liaise with external vendors for seamless network integration and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Design and establish HQ network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and VPN solutions.
- Configure and deploy network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) to support secure connectivity.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and align network configurations.
- Coordinate with external vendors for network solutions and maintenance support.
- Document network configurations, changes, and updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience with network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with network hardware (Cisco, Juniper) and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external vendors.
- Network certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
