Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Accounting team, ensuring accurate monthly close and reporting
• Drive the financial planning process at both business unit and executive levels
• Manage profit and loss, cash flow, and balance sheet impacts
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies, overseeing group reporting requirements
• Facilitate communication with regional leaders, producing financial statements and variance analysis
• Lead the month-end close, consolidation, and internal reporting activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in accounting or similar
• More than 10 years of accounting leadership and public accounting experience
• Proven experience in team management within multi-national environments
• Proficient in Netsuite, Excel, and Access
• Familiarity with renewable energy industry is preferred
• Professional level Japanese; fluent level English
