Description
-Provide IT administration
-Respond all tires of support from telephone to remote access to desk-side
-Respond to critical incidents (PC or LAN failure) on an on-call basis
-Install and maintenance Hardware/ Software
-Troubleshooting technical issues (Desktop, laptop, Monitores)
