Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Understanding business needs, gathering user requirements, analyzing data.
• Process Improvement: Identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, documenting processes.
• System Analysis and Design: Evaluating existing systems, identifying system requirements, collaborating with IT teams, testing and quality assurance.
• User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design: Understanding user needs, collaborating with UX/UI designers, testing user experience.
• Project Management: Planning and scheduling, monitoring progress, coordinating teams.

　*There will be no change in salary and treatment during this period.

salary: 5-9 million yen
　Salary will be determined in consideration of experience and ability in accordance with our 　company's regulations.
　The above amount includes 40 hours of estimated overtime. Additional payment will be made for 　overtime work in excess of 40 hours.

　Monthly salary: 416,000yen - 750,000 yen
　(Base salary of 318,000yen - 574,000yen including fixed overtime of 98,000yen -176,000yen or 　more per month)

　Salary revision: Once a year
　*There is a possibility of up to twice a year if achievements and performance are highly 　evaluated.
