Required Skills
◆海外不動産ファンド運用会社との交渉、英文契約の締結や英文での商品説明書、運用報告書等の読解、日本語での顧客向け資料作成等を担当するため、英語コミュニケーション能力（TOEIC860点以上または同等以上の語学力）が必要。
◆海外不動産運用または投資経験のある方（ファンドスキーム、税制等に詳しい方が望ましい）。
