[業務内容]
医療診断支援 AIシステムに関する保守・点検業務など
- 日本のお客様または営業窓口に対して、販売前/販売後の製品技術コンサルティングサービスを提供し、エンドユーザーが製品を使用する際に発生する簡単な問題を解決できるようにサポートする。
- 自主的に潜在しているユーザーの体験問題を察し、エンドユーザーのフィードバックと意見を収集して、社内に報告し、情報を共有する。
- 日本で製品構築プロジェクトの導入、及びシステムの構築をサポートし、お客様の製品使用をサポートする。
- 製品メンテナンスに関連する技術文書を作成する。
- お客様の使用製品のバージョン更新を行う。
※国内出張が発生します（出張先は日本全国の可能性が有ります）

Required Skills
【必須】
- コンピュータのハードウェアの構成とネットワークの基本構成に精通している。
- Linux システムの使用経験があり、学習意欲が旺盛。
- ネットワークシステム (e.g. TCP/IP、HTTP/HTTPS 等) のデバッグスキルを備えている。
- 熱意を持って仕事に取り組み、顧客と直接コミュニケーションを図れ、EQが高く且つ忍耐力が強い。
- 部門間における円滑なコミュニケーション能力と調整力。
【尚可】
- 医療業界で関連経験をお持ちの方、または医療業界への関心が高く、熱意を持って仕事に取り組める方。
- 医療画像とネットワーク技術に高い関心を持っている。
- コンピュータの組み立て、またはネットワーク及び Web サイトの開設経験があると尚良い。
- 英語スキル（TOEIC 700以上）または中国語スキル
