Responsibilities:

• Provide financial leadership and business advisory services to achieve site goals
• Ensure financial targets are met by identifying risks and developing mitigation plans
• Manage direct reports and build organisational capabilities within the finance team
• Oversee planning and analysis activities in compliance with US GAAP and local GAAP rules
• Ensure internal controls are in place and comply with company policies and SOX expectations
• Handle finance functions and drive business performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in accounting
• More than 5 years of experience as a financial manager in a global manufacturing company
• Proficient in accounting (JP and US GAAP), ERP systems, and MS Excel
• Fluent level Japanese and English
