- 企業内のITネットワーク管理・運用・保守・契約管理（Windows OSインストール、ソフトウェアインストール、iPhone初期設定、PC及び複合機の不具合対応）
- PC、携帯電話、複合機の保守管理及びセットアップ。（入退社時の貸与・返却等）
- 日常発生するIT不具合等の対応
- 本社IT部門との連携、技術的課題の解決
- セキュリティ対応の強化とリスクマネジメント
- 本社IT部門とのプロジェクトの管理・推進
- 本社ITチームとの協業およびプロジェクト進行及び各部門のプロジェクトリード（ITに係るもの）
- ソフトウェアの使用方法、トラブルシューティングの手順書作成
- 海外本社への新規ソフトウェアの使用申請
- システムトラブル発生時の海外本社との折衝対応
- IT機器、ソフトウエアの使用者管理、在庫管理
- その他上記に付随する業務
