・ 社長のスケジュール調整・出張手配に関する業務
・ 社長参加の会議準備・資料作成
・ 海外からビジターの日本滞在時のサポート(宿泊先・送迎/移動手段・食事施設の手配など)
・電話対応・経費精算・来客対応などの庶務
