IT Solution Leader for manufacturing solutions

UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. We are looking for a solution leader for manufacturing Solutions, in Solution Delivery, Digital Solutions & IT (DSIT)

As a Solutions Leader, you will be responsible for delivering solutions that are relevant to UD Trucks. You will achieve this by effectively managing your team and supporting delivery managers who report to you. Your goal is to establish an efficient and trustworthy day-to-day operation while ensuring the long-term application lifecycle. To maintain business continuity, a strong focus on quality is essential. You must demonstrate this commitment and inspire your team to do the same. A results-oriented and customer-centric mindset is also crucial for this role.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Business Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for business requirements, rollout needs, and change requests.
• Solution Delivery Planning: Contribute to the development of comprehensive solution delivery plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Access Management: Define and manage authorization rules for application access, ensuring secure and controlled access.
• Key User Network: Collaborate with business process developers to build and maintain a strong network of key users for process and solution support.

• Solution Competence: Secure the necessary expertise within the team to provide effective functional application support.
• Continuity Management: Develop and implement plans to ensure the ongoing availability and reliability of the solution.
• Change Management: Prioritize and manage changes to the solution, including error corrections, change requests, and new developments.
• Release Planning: Propose and coordinate release plans for the solution, aligning with business priorities and ensuring timely delivery.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Define and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify solution functionality and information integrity.
• Training and Knowledge Transfer: Identify training needs, develop comprehensive training materials, and ensure that all stakeholders receive adequate training.
• Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates and estimates to management on solution progress, enhancements, and resource requirements.
• Solution Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire solution lifecycle, from initial development to ongoing maintenance and support.
• Governance and Compliance: Ensure that the solution adheres to UD Trucks policies, directives, and guidelines, as well as industry best practices and governance standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively seek and implement opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

想定年収　423-809万円
賞与　基本給の5か月分（2023年実績）

フレックスタイム制（フルフレックス）
休憩時間：60分
所定労働時間：8時間／日（標準勤務時間：9:00～18:00）
残業：残業基本なし、繁忙期のみ平均20時間程度

完全週休2日制（休日は土日祝日）
年間有給休暇15日～40日（下限日数は、入社半年経過後の付与日数となります）
年間休日日数122日
勤務日は会社カレンダーに基づく

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in IT solution delivery, with experience  both one-time and runtime activities.
• Domain Expertise: Proven experience in the Supply Chain and Logistics functional areas.
• Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of Supply Chain planning, Logistics, and IoT processes would be plus.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to work effectively in complex environments and deliver high-quality results.
• Quality Focus: Strong quality mindset and experience in managing business-critical solutions.
• Leadership: Passionate about developing and coaching others, with a focus on effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Results Orientation: Results-driven approach with a strong sense of urgency.
• ITSM Expertise: Solid experience with ITSM processes and associated tools.
• Data Analytics: Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Qlik, PowerBI, and Azure.
• Technical Skills: Experience with .NET or JAVA technologies.
• Education: Preferred university degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Japanese is essential, and more than intermediate English level is required.
