• University graduate with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including 4 years as an eKey Account Manager.
• Proven track record in sales and P&L management, particularly on platforms like Amazon and Rakuten.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills and experience in new business development.
• Data-driven with a logical approach to problem-solving.
• Japanese speaker; English proficiency is a plus.
