The Role

• Direct the annual and multi-year financial planning processes, establishing targets that enhance performance and tracking financial results in line with strategic initiatives.
• Oversee the weekly and monthly forecasting of all key metrics, ensuring forecasts are accurate and delivered on time.
• Provide financial insights to business leaders, particularly the Wilson Brand team in Japan, regarding business and financial decisions.
• Manage the discount approval process and evaluate its results.
• Execute ad-hoc financial analyses and develop models to support recommendations and business proposals.
• Control operating expenses to ensure the business stays within budget and implements productivity improvements across the organization.
• Handle the approval process for new store openings, including P&L forecasting and CAPEX management.

Your Skills

• Min 3 years of experience in FP&A related positions
• Strong analytical skills
• Fluent in Japanese and business level English
• Good communication skills
