<Role Description>
As a Digital Strategy Planner (戦略の企画), you will play a crucial role in planning and implementing innovative digital solutions. Your expertise will help ensure the success of our digital campaigns by providing strategic insights and working closely with our international colleagues across Asia offices (Taiwan/Korea/Japan/China/Indonesia/Thailand/Vietnam/Malaysia/Singapore...etc.).

<Key Responsibilities>

  • 包括的なデジタル戦略を立案し、クライアントの目標に沿ったビジネス成功を促進するための詳細なマーケティング提案とメディアプラン(ソーシャルメディア広告、KOL、OOHなど)を作成・提案する
  • 市場動向、オーディエンスの行動、競合状況を理解するため、徹底した市場調査と分析を行う
  • クライアントのビジネス目標を理解し、それを効果的なデジタルソリューションに変換する
  • 社内チームや外部ベンダーと協力し、高品質なデジタルコンテンツを制作する
  • 高度なマーケティングツールを活用してキャンペーンのパフォーマンスを監視し、実行可能なインサイトを提供、改善案を推奨する
  • クライアントとの強固な関係を構築し、戦略的な指導を提供しながら高い満足度を保証する
  • 最新のデジタルトレンド、ツール、ベストプラクティスを把握し、当社の戦略を常に向上させる
  • 本社から提供された英語のケーススタディ(マーケティング提案)を日本語に翻訳し、日本のクライアント向けに活用する
    • Create comprehensive digital strategies, present detailed marketing proposals and media plans that align with client goals and drive business success. 
    • Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand market trends, audience behavior, and competitive landscapes.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into effective digital solutions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality digital content, such as banners and social media applications.
    • Use advanced marketing tools to monitor campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and recommend improvements.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering strategic guidance and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
    • Stay updated on the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance our strategies.

Minimum Experience Level Over 3 years

Minimum Japanese Level Fluent
Minimum Education Level Bachelor's Degree
Visa Status Permission to work in Japan required

Required Skills

  • 2 to 8 years of experience in digital strategy planning, focusing on developing and executing digital solutions.
  • Strong understanding of market insight and digital marketing principles (Influencer/OOH/social media ads...etc.),
  • Excellent analytical and research skills, and a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating and presenting marketing proposals and media plans.
  • Fluency in Japanese and English
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Flexible and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates must hold a valid Japanese working visa.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in a digital agency or similar role is preferred.
  • Certifications: Certifications from Google, Meta, or other digital platforms are a plus.

・雇用形態:無期雇用
・試用期間:入社後3か月

・想定年収:600 〜1000万円
・賃金形態:月給制(上記想定年収の12分割)
・月給:500,000円~833,333円
・労働時間制度:フレックスタイム制 
※ワークライフバランスを優先!残業ほぼなし&直行直帰もOK!プライベートとメリハリをつけて働ける職場環境です。
・就業時間:就業開始時間 8:30-10:00 〜 就業終了時間 17:30-19:00
・所定労働時間:8時間
・休憩:60分 (Lunch Time)
・休日・休暇:完全週休二日制(土曜 日曜); 祝日
