Strategic Customer Executive [Insurtech]

• A leading InsurTech company, considered by many a pioneer in the industry. Despite its dominating presence still experiencing steady growth globally, particularly APJ, which represents one of its biggest markets (and opportunities!).

The Role

• This is a senior strategic leadership role, acting as a trusted C-Suite advisor for the firm's most strategic and important customers
• The main objective in this role will be to maximise the business performance and deliver optimal customer value
• Co-develop and execute customers' IT and business strategy and be a central point of contact from pre-sales to implementation through adoption
• Understand these strategic accounts 'inside and out' to foster positive relationships at all levels up to C-suite and board-level and be up-to-date on customer objectives and value proposition is well-positioned
• Support and create a roadmap for strategic customers considering transitioning to the cloud

Your Skills

• Japanese (Fluent level) / English (Fluent level)
• Experience in a Consulting firm or SaaS/Cloud vendor; managing multi-million $ book of business
• Track record of successfully leading large-scale consulting or software implementation programs in the insurance industry
• Executive leadership and communication experience, with the ability to build and manage C-suite relationships
• Excellent business acumen, being able to effectively connect technology solutions to business outcomes
