  • The company has a strong growth plan and has been rapidly expanding within the past few years.

The Role

  • Design and implement strategic growth marketing plans aligned with revenue targets.
  • Manage and enhance acquisition channels including paid media, SEO, influencer campaigns, affiliate marketing, and display advertising.
  • Streamline user onboarding to accelerate activation, reduce churn, and improve customer value.
  • Evaluate current acquisition and retention strategies, conduct competitive research, and gather user insights to refine approach.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, UX/UI, QA, and support teams to deploy new features.
  • Identify pain points in the user journey and develop data-driven solutions by experimenting and validating ideas.
  • Align product roadmaps with business strategies.

Your Skills

  • Proven experience driving product growth, especially in B2C environments.
  • Expertise in customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Strong understanding of user behavior with a history of developing user-friendly, high-impact products and features.
  • Thrives in fast-moving, high-energy settings and is adaptable to change.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration across different teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in increasing daily and monthly active users and improving retention.
  • Native Japanese & Business level English
