【KEY PURPOSE FOR THE JOB/JOB SUMMARY】
This role is required to travel to customer locations as requested by the service coordinator in central office to perform complete installation of machines and technical services including but not limited to:
【Installation】
・Monitor and help where needed in the phases (usually handled by customers) of unloading and positioning and utilities hook up of machines arriving at customers
・Assemble and/or retrofit all machine components to make up the complete purchased equipment
・Connect all utilities to the equipment
・Pre program machine controllers according to specific customer applications
・Test run machinery installed to verify functioning of all capabilities
・Provide maintenance operating training to customer representatives to the extend needed to allow customer to maintain and utilize the machinery according to manufacturer guidelines and specifications. This includes walking customer through all supplied manuals and explain who how and what to do to obtain service whether it involved parts of technical support from the company in case of problems
【Troubleshooting Repairs】
・Analyze and diagnose all machinery malfunctioning cases whether electronic electrical pneumatic mechanical system or other in nature. Determine the best course of action to resolve the problem(s) and directly taking all necessary actions to implement or make all arrangements to ensure that the company’s organization can effectively provide a solution to the problems the customer is encountering with the machinery purchased.

Responsible of spare parts and services growth in Japan market
Weekly reporting to the service manager in order to:
・Plan the scheduling
・Market issue discussion
・Organize the support of senior resources from other regions remotely or on the field
・Analysis of the spare parts and services sales in Japan. Plan action to improve the sales

【REQUIREMENTS】
・Technical background: Able to do troubleshooting on machine or equivalent
・Mandatory: Proven experience in the glass industry
・Preferred: Experience from our industry or heavy machinery sector (better if glass/metal/steel/plastic working or packaging)
・Required language(s): Japanese native English intermediate (training courses are all in English)
・At least 3 Years) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
・Required Skill(s): team player problem solving proactivity
