The Learning Manager will collaborate with the Global Learning team, Senior HR Leaders and regional leads to design, implement, and expand performance, learning, and development programs and strategies for Japan. They will spearhead the assessment of learning needs, communication, and program delivery, while closely coordinating with other members of the Global People team and key stakeholders across the business.

Description
Assess Learning Needs: Oversee needs assessment and design of training programs tailored to Japan.
Collaborate Effectively: Work with local HRBPs and leaders to identify development opportunities and inform global solutions.
Innovate Talent Development: Challenge norms by adapting global solutions to fit local needs while considering both perspectives.
Program Management: Own local and global initiatives, lead implementation, and facilitate training sessions as required.
Strategic Partnership: Engage with Japanese leadership to align talent strategies with company objectives.
Execute Strategies: Translate global objectives into actionable plans for local implementation, ensuring alignment with global initiatives.
Vendor Coordination: Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with departments for seamless program execution.
