オーナーズアカウンティング部門は、ニセードのプロパティマネジメント部門において極めて重要な役割を担っています。 設立から長年にわたり、この役割は一人の担当者の役割を超えて成長してきました。 2017年、この役割は、信託財産として保有するゲストの支払い、信託財産として保有するオーナーの口座、支払い前に保有するサプライヤーマネーの管理を一手に引き受けるチームへと変貌を遂げました。 この役割は、そのチームの一員として、NISADEの不動産管理部門の主な収入を管理し、その後のNISADEとオーナー様への財務報告を担当するものです。
The Owner Accounting department is pivotal in the Property Management Division of NISADE. Over the years from inception, this role has grown beyond the role of one person. In 2017, the role transformed into a team who are solely responsible for the management of guest payments held in Trust, owners accounts held in trust, and supplier monies held prior to payment. This role is part of that team, who manages NISADE’s core income from the Property Management Division and is responsible for subsequent financial reporting to NISADE and the Owners.
